Dr. Keller has been a specialist in X-ray Evaluation Techniques for over thirty years. He has performed thousands of mineral determinations by X-ray Diffraction, constructed numerous precision diffractometers and detection systems, and has developed a unique expertise in the evaluation of surface crystal texture using X-ray Diffraction.
